1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Konnect.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Konnect.ai provides a platform for interacting with multiple AI models through various patterns including ensemble consensus, debates, and multi-perspective analysis. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
  • You should verify important information independently
  • AI outputs should not be used as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Konnect.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

If you use your own API keys, you are responsible for:

  • Compliance with the respective provider's terms of service
  • Any costs incurred through your API keys
  • Keeping your API keys secure

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konnect.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
